Exercise is good for the heart/mind ..thats my chocolate lol... I have no power of thoughts after my bouts of endorphins ..I'm too exhausted...I think thats a good thing right? LOL ...Ta for suggesting the Lindt chocolate-Dont eat chocolate...well the occasional cherry ripe ...never been a chocolate kind of person....Hmm!!! At the moment I am dreading having to go and clean 7kgs of mussels 8( that’s a consumed exercise..having to toss the flipping thing well thats another LOL....
