Entertaining’ lol...You are not bad yourself Mr joe...Surprise surprise I can still type after the gracious bearding and cleaning of the mussels...Now to make the chilli/tomato sauce.... ahuh things are getting better –yeah righto!! Don’t get me wrong I like chilli but getting that aroma a happening is yeah well... has that whiffing smell about it...(eyes crying etc- go through this drama each time-ha!! That’s mild compared to Chilli Crabs (that takes the cake). Hmmm now I am sounding like my mother LOL.
