Funny you should mention that Tolhurst fund raising Mchawe (or should I say painful). It was handled with incompetence that bordered on criminal. The company, Goldstar, did not even give Tolhurst the names of the sophisticated investors who had subscribed to the previous fund raising which had been handled by the Royal Bank of Canada.
That's right, they did not give Tolhurst the tools to work with.
Is there a law against stupidity of that magnitude, anybody?
We would have done a lot better with the Marx brothers running the show.
