Wait - you guys invested in a startup biotech, have lost money, and now want to take class action against directors? I havnt followed this extremely over the years but have been following, as with all biotech start up, there is MASSIVE risk involved, if you arnt aware of these risks when investing, and then you lose your money, i dont really think directors are to blame....
No one likes to lose money and I'm sorry this has occurred, but don't pass the buck for your decisions.
