Kurt , Westpac nearly went to the wall over the Westpac Letters Case with the farmers over the Swiss/Aussie swap deals back in the early nineties. They got down to $2.30 per share before Kerry Packer came in and bought a few. Dont underestimate the Opes Prime and other situations. ANZ is a very greedy organisation with no morals. Get out Kurt while you can man. They are headed south pal. Big time.
