if I did not take responsibility for my own actions in buying speculative stocks, and I was going to try sue anyone it would be Em1 not ASX or hot copper! Em1 have failed here more then anyone and I feel as though they have operated in a completely negligent manner for all customers and share holders. I'm still hoping of course that this will start trading again and prove profitable how ever at this point realistically I have rode my investment off and put it down as a bad gamble and that's all these speculative shares are a gamble just like horse racing how often do the favourites not win??? and you don't see punters trying to sue bookmakers or the experts who print the form guide
