I fully support the rights of SH's to voice their opinions and to hold the BoD accountable for their actions. With the new directors it may best voice your opinion that there is enough SH dis-harmony that they could submit a 249D via ASIC/ASX to seek answers and or effect change. This should be done over the phone. The new members need to at least be allowed to get their seat warm in the new job.....having said that they are part of GGE/P group and as such should be very familiar with the business.
Having said that I would suggest that you ask for a copy of the company's constitution and that should be the best starting point for action.
