Resolution 8: Approve issue of Share Options to Mr Jeremy Slater
To consider and, if thought fit, pass the following ordinary resolution:
“That for the purposes of ASX Listing Rule 7.1 and all other purposes, the Company is authorised to issue
and allot up to 5,000,000 unlisted options to Mr Jeremy Slater or his nominee(s) on the terms and
conditions as set out in the Explanatory Memorandum.”
why was this guy issued 5 million options? time for him to stand up and do something!!!
