The more I look into this the more it stands out as one of the biggest and most embarrassing (not to mention the massive cost to us all) mistakes in corporate history. Our wealth has been sacrificed, torn to shreds without clear thought by an action which may well lead to class actions etc etc. Holders have been screwed in a fashion that has brought howls of laughter to the corporate world. I spoke to one corporate adviser today and he could not recall a more amateurish effort. Difficult to comprehend how poorly we have been treated by the guardians of our wealth. Hang your heads in shame management.
