dolce, I have given you many thumbs up but I think in this instance it is best to let the venting occur. I am totally pissed off and have already sent an email off. However, if there is even a remote chance that some one related to the company is reading these comments then they need to get the full impact.
The main thing did they not envisage this fiasco happen once price opened in Oz.
