It is no wonder the share price is languishing. Delays after delays on major projects. Sure, its not the companies fault that these time frames have not been meant.
But surely they can understand that investors have had a gut full of these time frames being put forward time after time.

The other major factor which is creating uncertainty is the company investing in other projects while some of the existing ones are not of the ground. One might think that its great not to have all your eggs in one basket but the UK investors which are the main driver for the share price holding over 75% of stock do not seem to be impressed.
The company needs to focus on current projects and stop this dilution.

The company needs to stop investing in new projects as we have plenty on the table. It needs to take a break from further investment and dilution and get the balance sheet looking better. Increasing our cash reserves instead of more draw downs would be good right now.
