Having sold out before the previous announcement, i think this announcement provides more clarity on the situation that it is worth buying back in.

i think that there is little doubt a takeover will occur. it must be price that is the sticking point which is NKP wanted a option subject to independent valuations.

if this is expected to be completed by October, i would think we can expect a higher price than what we are currently seeing. 35c looks like a reasonable re-entry.
