It's up to both parties of course . They can do a deal now and settle it in months or they can wait for further drills to increase the resource base then pay more later .
I can't see a deal being done for anything less than 60 cents, so in my opinion it really is a matter of getting set sooner rather than later as the premium is gradually eaten into .
The IGC management were fairly good to their word last guidance when they indicated "within weeks", so now we have guidance saying completion of negotiations before the end of October ..... Of course some wll prefer to buy closer to that date, but I'd suggest the 30's and 40's will be history then.
However, the 60 cent minimum I hypothesize may be well under the negotiated price . It is not out of the scope of possibility that 70's - $1 plus may be realised .
I just prefer to work with the lower end possibilities - conservative .
It is just time now . Might still get silly sausages willing to dump into the 30's with time on our sides .
