    What is the situation now with MML's convertible note in connection with the MAK takeover offer?

    The Third Supplementary Bidder's Statement makes reference to the CN.

    Extension date for conditions to the MML Convertible note:
    UCL notes that the date for satisfaction of the conditions to the MML Convertible Note has been extended from 31 Aug 12 to 15 Oct 12?
