The only needs of interest is the credit facility - has it been renegotiated (up) and closed and OAS note paid off giving certainty or vice versa - also giving certainty but in much less favorable way to shareholders.

GFTA .... news pending and surely by now investors understand that banks have their interests front and center at ALL times. SSN can make no announcement of anything material about credit facility until the bank agrees. We know that they are negotiating - been said.
