the longer that rhl can delay the process, the cheaper rhl (or rhl's friendly banker mates) should be able to buy the eld distressed debt from the eld banks
problem with rhl balance date coming up - 30 sept ( & asx listing rule requirement to pre announce any dodgy shockers).
the longer the delay in eld capitulation/resolution, the lower the eld ords share price & the larger the profit haircut to pre announce to present rhl shareholders ( as large as 50m*25c = $12m (unless had a put option or similar arrangement over the rhl 50m elders ords holding)).
