Elders staff are telling others in the industry that they have to cut costs by 50%, so your report backs up what the staff have been advised.
Our local branch has been hiring new extra staff which is stupid when they are already losing money.
The current management have no idea how to cut costs and still run a viable business from what I have seen locally.
