Large companies don't make good explorers imo.
They would rather buy into a near ready project or buy back in at a higher price than scratch around for years, is the only thing i can think of.
Same with the oil industry.
Not that the outcome is certain but the chance of succes is what they like.
Probably like governments,unless it has lots of zeros
they can't deal with the concept.
