I'd suggest simply that the management care a lot about the company and it's ongoing success and sustainable growth.
Playing games with market sentiment and high profile funding-focused marketing is not high on their list. The share price, or really the MC, will reflect the material value, strength, and performance of the underlying business.

The company has existed for a long time. We might look like a small cap startup, but they've had (and continue to supply) profitable products in the market, and continue to develop new ones and new markets. There's a reason we don't see quarterlies from RFT.
