SGP have I think about 12% ofcompany @ average price $1.50 therefore IMO an urgent need to average down.
GPT have IMHO only what would be considered control of what all property people would consider being amongst the best commercial assets ( office / retail )in the country. These assets again imho would fit perfectly with and enhance Stocklands core commercial assets.
