A take over may be different but to be honest I'm not entirely sure that would be the case either.
IMO the only way the sale of SNE gets undone is if they have a take over offer that shareholders can then vote down the sale and vote in the take over.......either way SNE is lost to FAR.
IMO until the SNE sale is rejected by FAR shareholders that deal is live.
