The sale is subject to shareholder vote but IMO there is very little chance FAR will keep SNE...in fact IMO zero chance for 2 reasons.
1. They have announced the sale and if the TO offer evaporates shareholders will have no choice.
2. If a TO bid is lobbed I expect WPL will lob a superior bid......I don't think WPL will want anyone to have PE rights over their sell down of SNE.
