So not only we get slaughtered as shareholders, we are now expected to work for free, marketing a product that the board has not been bothering marketing, despite the millions of dollars handed over by shareholders. This is not serious.
With all due respect, this is pharmaceutical industry we are talking about. Not an indie punk band needing promotion for gigs...Sales & marketing, especially to GPs and healthcare pros, requires heavy corporate effort & connections. Go have a look at cafepharma.com, or research how Synergy, a billion dollar company handled the promotion and distribution of their sole product doing it on their own (spoiler: they went bankrupt).
Either the company:
1/ invests the big money & resources required to heavily promote their sole product & show the shareholders the efforts & results.
2/ Or they let another bigger company with larger marketing/distribution take over the product or entire business and do it for them.
3/ Or they will fold.
There are no other possible outcomes but these 3. By the way where is communication on seeking FDA approval, which should be the top priority?
