Not fully sure on that. Normally you would think that to be the case but UBI are waiting on signing a definitive agreement and that would be with NanoDx I’d presume.
SE1 are only a component supplier so any deal between NanoDx and UBI wouldn’t mean a TH for SEI if that deal was also subject to NanoDx getting their approvals through.
