We can only guess. My take is that it's all the Mackie-factor at the moment, so I won't consider it real until:
1. We have confirmation of EUA.
2. We have confirmation of material orders, and hear from SE1 what slice of the pie it will receive.
Until then it's just wishful thinking. Sigh.
