I think your 30 mems foundries is not correct. Suggest you look into Asian and Indian markets further. Mems have been around for some years as well as the lithographic processes. True there have been a lot of advances in past 10 years, but mems has been growing worldwide for a number of years with quite a few smaller facilities making inroads by redesigning and upgrading older litho machines and technology.
