I think it is a shame that we turning on each other and not the company .It is like a drowning man grasping at straws ,All that we can do is piece together bits of disjointed hints .No one can get a response from our management.The reply has been ,we don’t know ,really ,management cannot get an answer from a customer that has asked ready .Rubbish ,just plain lazy
