I think there is some confusion between the owning of a patent and being granted licensing rights. From what I could see SE1 have one patent for a Compact Gas Sensor but no patents owned by them in microfluidics, labonachip or organonachip. These are owned by Wyss with SE1 developing their own IP to compliment them.
”Revocable and non assignable” granted to Sensera in 2003 (?) by the Department of the Navy.
This also begs the question that if a take-over offer was to come into play then would the licences held by SE1 be permitted to be transferred to néw ownership ?
I’m not sure the citing of “exclusive patents” “owned by Sensera” is an entirely accurate statement.
I’d be pleased to have it demonstrated otherwise.
