I hope you’re right too and I honestly haven’t drilled down deeper into that. The granting in 2003 is interesting and I wonder on SE1’s corporate structure at that time?
I’d assume this granting of revocable, non assignable rights to Sensera must be mentioned in their prospectus prior to listing. Will be worth looking into for any clarification that might bring.
