Worth having a read to see where the company is, circa, four odd years later. Management changes are obvious but some of the details have more interest now than they did in those early days.
Especially the explanations regarding IP and in particular the relationship with Agiltron ( page 64) which one hopes is not as favourable to Agiltron now as it appeared to be then.
Not a prospectus which would appeal to me today but the issue price compared to an entry price today possibly reflects that.
Still a hold for me based on the risk off measure I took.
