Personally I can't see Shell deserting after one drill. This is a game of numbers and the more holes you drill the greater your chance of coming up trumps.
Let's be honest, it was a less than 50% chance but Malampaya has shown that the prospects are there.
Agreed though that management now need to step up and show some strong conviction and leadership.
I think the worst case scenario is now factored into the share price and we may get a short term bounce back to .085 - .09 at least.
Glad I didn't sink into KIK/KIKO. They are in trouble.
