Yes it’s hard to see much happening with the incumbent board. It needs fresh input, but it is hard for small retail holders to do much to achieve this. I sense we may have to wait until interest rates subside and maybe then someone will try and extract a better return. Similar position to many REITs and yet you would think that the underlying business would show more value, yet with around a 1.7% yield it is worse than many.
