- Owns 100% of Decipher which is an Aussie Cyber Security business with BLUE chip repeat clients
- Decipher have a number of growth opportunities already in the pipeline
- New acquisitions in the pipeline
- Paltry market cap and extremely cheap shares for what this company is actually worth
- Unique opportunity to acquire shares undervalued due to impatient holders frustrated about demonetization and the failed Indian acquisition of TSI (which could still be happening)
- Potential to sell TSI and take the money to the bank where Jeff can use it wisely (Jeff is a game changer for this company)

OPN
- AI industry already booming
- Jay Shah MD well-credentialed and forward thinking
- The tech is market ready and already being trialed with a number of blue chip companies
- Market Cap is TINY for the potential of a business already in agreement with Facebook
- No awareness of OPN yet so we are getting in before any hype or trader activity
