The $32m was to buy a rig and quite a specialised one at that. Are PAX considerimg buying one? I thought that their rig requirements were more readily available from a contractor.
I am amazed that no-one else has got into the geothermal drilling business yet. Considering the number of new floats, the backlog and the government backing it should be money for jam. Perhaps a new float is in order?
