time for spencer young to go

Today HFA is fully dependent on the Lighthouse business.
The Lighthouse business has reasonable size AUM, a good track record and is doing well. Where did the revenue go? Why is it not reflected in share price?

I can't see why Spencer Young needs to be there. The Lighthouse deal itself proved he is not capable of sound investment decision.

I am calling shareholders' support to force him to leave....along with the whole Certitude management structure. If they are not making money, they should be fired and HFA should simply concentrate on the successful part of the business - Lighthouse.
