    Takeover - IOH might be too cheap at the moment and therefore a bid would have to be lobbed at too high a premium, or else it wouldn't be accepted. Only an overseas company would probably attempt that, but it would certainly be controversial.

    Scheme of Arrangement with Stokesy - his style lately is to consolidate; call it retirement planning. Westrac, WAN are all locked up. What about IOH? I have said it before, but if anything is to happen with KS I doubt it will be by him personally, in that he will transact through his holding company.

    It's a little unusual for a potentially large company to still have such a big personal investment by one shareholder at this advanced stage. But we are talking about a top ten wealthy Australian with a savvy business mind.

    The only thing that has changed lately is the share price.
