Very risky for Stokes/Wroxby to be asking Fosters to act as a holding vehicle for their shares, without actually declaring an interest.

I'm not a lawyer but I suspect this would get someone in all sorts of trouble with ASIC.

We should give Stokes more credit than this, I have no doubt he would skin us alive if it allowed him to fatten up his bottom line, but I'm also 100% sure he wouldn't break any laws doing it. He's too successful to take silly shortcuts and he is actually a highly revered member of the Perth business community with an excellent reputation to uphold.
