Swire and Nominees ( Bell) have more than 90% of the shareholding of SST. Why not buy out the minority shareholders. It would reduce operating costs and make for a 'cleaner ' business.
There some big projects in PNG both mining, oil and gas. SST have a piece of that action . SST don't seem to have business from the huge gold/ copper mine in New Guinea ( Indonesia)- there must be some opportunities for shipping and related business from this operation.
