I remember being at the AusIMM Iron Ore conference at the Pan Pacific in Perth in 2011($1500 entry fee) when African Minerals were spruiking there project. They were truly the headline act. Should have seen it, CEO all revved up, loud motivational music and a video to set the scene. Entourage of ministers and officials from Sierra Leone in tow (think some of them were made directors of the company). Should have seen them all, they looked like some US basketball A team at the Olympic games. Knew they weren't going to lose.
So what's going on with George, have they pushed him to the back of the queue. Maybe people would rather hear from a company with a model business, rather than one with only a business model. Well it won't matter anyway as most people are either asleep after lunch, just about to doze off, or just struggling to stay awake. You know, you get jolted awake by someone moving next to you only to discover a bit of drool running down your cheek.
