I recall that one poster on here did have contact with SDL (could be 9L but not sure) and the person at SDL presumably responded that "they could not understand why the market and SP responded as it did when announcement was made" (something to that effect).

To me it a case that the market has had a gut full of the same rhetoric and won't move unless the contracts are on the table for all to view.
