    I wouldn't be expecting an outcome of the Calcifer matter this Friday. This is just a directions hearing and the judge at this time will allocate a date for the final hearing, but I could be wrong.

    Regarding the Rights issues, if existing shareholder apply for more share will be be issued to them before the underwriter gobbles them up?? I would assume so but could also be wrong on that.
