Rightly or wrongly have bpayed my share offer this morning as its pretty close to being in the money and in the same situation as this in the last oppies conversion i took a punt and made a nice dollar or three in a very short time frame. Companies are attacked buy share holders when companies only do placements to sophisticated and institutional investors who then proceed to dump shares at a small profit whenever they get the chance , so if the institutions really want the shares then it would be nice for them to have to buy on market at a premium ( if we get the right announcement ) for a change. The company could easily have cut a deal with intersuisse and we would not have the opportunity to participate. Also is it a possibility Ian has gone on leave so as to avoid having many market sensitive questions fired upon him every day and thus not compromising himself or us as a director if a JV deal with exergen is near.
