You and a few others seem very keen to drive a hard line on close dates on "a deal". That's not how the bio world works, particularly when dealing with big players. Whilst all the guidance has been positive there is no guarantee of closure on time in this business. Also, I'd much prefer they spend more time angling for the right deal than any deal. Would you prefer to license stiffy spray for use in just outer Mongolia or all of China, for instance? Would you be prepared to wait a month for that difference?
