That $15m was a kick starter by the govt. It most likely would've increased Prana's prospects for attracting more funding to complete that trial. Govt. rarely fully funds. Not sure how much would have been needed but certainly more than $15m. Alas we'll never know as the government changed to Liberals... and we all know what they do to budgets when they come into power ;0)
