The government is a minority government and is in obvious disarray and unable to operate properly so the Governor General must have the right to call for a general election to get the publics confidence back to supporting the parliament
She will not of course because she is a labor hack.
To be effective the governor general must be appointed by the people to act as a sort of ombudsman
