this is precisely why we are having a lot of the problems we have now.
to rectify the situation the state must stand aside and allow schools and parents to do what is best.
the school system under the state has led to a dumbed down morass of mindless youth who know more about their "rights" than they do about their next door neighbour
it is the state that is incapable of passing on responsibility not parents. the state affects all yet a parent only has an effect on one child.
