acerage - what a lot of twaddle. Individuality bla bla bla ....I don't care how they do it, just get parents or whoever to ensure children are respectful of their fellow citizen and their society.
And maybe their children will be able rear respectful citizens also. If you don't mind your place littered or trashed so be it, I don't want mine; along with all the other direspectful ills of today.
