I was told this Quarter but obviously they couldnt guarantee no more delays. I cant imagine it will fall much futher. Quarterley with show receipts close to a million dollars so hopefully that stands for something. Sinopec are looking after the fees at the plant there and are apparently very understanding that future plants will not have the issues of this one.
