They werent pessimistic. They were frustrated also with delays but due to project being an inherited project many of the problems faced were also inherited. It was also stressed that sinopec are bearing the costs of all this. I got the impression that china and sinopec will be a bonus and we are there at the right time but its north america etc where the positivity lay. It was stressed that it was early days and the team assembled are working extremely hard and doors are beginning to open.
