    I met a past citizen of Cape Town South Africa yesterday. She said there are many containerised desalination modules dotted along the coast. I thought there was no cash and that was why FLC missed the boat in Cape Town. Does anyone know if another company beat us to the punch here? Seems they did and it wasn't a lack of money.
